The restoration work of the buildings and relative furnishings have been personally supervised by the owners to ensure maximum comfort and efficicency for the guests.

The apartment, 90 m2, is on the first floor and it is composed by a very large living-room with sofà, cooking place, 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Cots with adjustable sides are available upon request.

The Villa offers: 20 square meter terrace with barbecue, 20 square meter covered veranda both with night lighting, garden and parking space. Swimming pool with night lighting. Spacious car park (approx. 600 sq. metres). Two bicycles available for local use.
