All furniture is original of XIXth century including decorations and upholstery but it has a pleasant country atmosphere. There are 7 bedrooms for 12/14 people. It is a perfect location to visit Florence (20 minutes) Pisa (60 minutes), Siena and San Gimignano (65 minutes), but also for a relaxing and resting holiday. The Villa is surrounded by a wide Park, with a beautiful view over the Tuscan countryside. A small swimming-pool is located in the private garden and protected by a fence.
The Villa is dislocated on three levels. At the ground floor there are a fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher, a dining-room, a wide living-room, a small sitting-room, a bathroom and a beautiful terrace with table and chairs for outdoor lunch/dinner. At the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms with private bathroom, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with French style double bed and 2 bathrooms. By a steep stone staircase, separated from the second floor by a door, we can reach the mansard where is located a single bedroom. In the enclosed park there is a little swimming-pool (5x9 mts.) at exclusive use.
