The country house has been carefully restored keeping all the primary characteristics of the aristocratic Tuscan residences. The complex has a large Italian garden, swimming-pool with a small private copse along its lower slopes and long rows of olive trees for pleasant walks.
It is composed of 4 apartments in the tower which have a wonderful view over the surrounding countryside and over the private park of the House, and of a Villa with independent entrance which can accomodate 10 people.
Apartments in the Tower:
They differ in their structure in one room, two rooms and three rooms apartments.
The 2 two-rooms apartments have a double bedroom, living-room/kitchen with double sofa-bed and bathroom with shower.
The three-room apartment has a large living-room with kitchen and double sofa-bed, 2 double bedrooms, a mansard with a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The one-room apartment is very characteristic with a sequence of little windows around the walls and ceilings with wooden rooftree, it has an open space with kitchenette, a double and a single sofa-beds, bathroom with shower.
The one room apartment can be connected with the two rooms apartment which is underneath it.
Each apartment is carefully furnished with the typical Tuscan taste. All the kitchens have cooker, oven, refrigerator, pots and dishes, dish-washer, fridge and freezer. The one room and the three rooms apartments have also satellite TV. Washing machine and iron are located in a common room.

Villa:
It has been restored respecting the old characteristics such as arched brick ceiling and terra cotta floors. On the ground floor it has a dining room, a living room with double sofa-bed, arm chairs, fireplace and Sat-TV, a smaller sitting room with doors that lead into the garden, a very big kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, grill, pizza oven, dishwasher, american coffee maker and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower, a large hall. At the second floor there is a very nice loft with a beautiful view over the Tuscan hills and sofa-bed. Outside it has a private garden with a nice fountain, table and chairs.
